In order to properly follow up on your complaint, you must necessarily include your employers business identification code (BIZ ID)
The BIZ ID should have been shared by your organization via email and/or be visible in common areas of your company facilities and offices.
AegisWard verifies that the organization shares the BIZ ID with all its employees.

On the follow-up platform operated by AegisWard you can send more information about your complaint if required or if more information is required to support the investigation.
Likewise, you will be able to know the follow-up status of your complaint or report with the confirmation code (UNIQUE ID) that the platform shared with you at the end of your complaint or report process.
